The law firm of Forchelli, Curto, Crowe, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Cohn has taken about 35,000 square feet at 333 Earle Ovington Boulevard in Uniondale.
Forchelli Curto will relocate its offices from Mineola to the 10th floor of the building known as the Omni.
Sources say Omni landlord RXR Realty offered generous concessions to land the solid tenant, including a deeply discounted lease rate and free rent for about a year.
Two tenants were moved to other floors to make room for the incoming law firm, according to building management. Another, AXA, moved to other offices in Lake Success and Melville.

The Omni lease closed out a busy 2008 for RXR, which signed 56 tenants to 538,932 square feet in new or renewed leases throughout its Long Island office property portfolio.
