Nearly 400 members of the Association for a Better Long Island and the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society honored three of their own at a gala dinner last week.
The ubiquitous Ed Blumenfeld of Blumenfeld Development Group in Syosset was feted for bringing the Arches Outlet Center in Deer Park from concept to grand opening.
Ted Stratigos of Cushman & Wakefield received the Broker of the Year Award for bringing Leviton Manufacturing to Melville.
The industry’s Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Fred Colin, of Manhasset-based Colin Management, for his “extraordinary work ethic” and unique sense of where market growth will occur.
